30-day window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Original receipt or order confirmation number is required.
- Returned items are inspected within 2 business days of receipt.
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or wrong.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply on non-defective returns over $100.

Exchange Policy
Wrong part? We’ll swap it free
- Exchanges accepted for wrong part number, wrong size, or manufacturer defect.
- Submit exchange request within 30 days of delivery.
- We cover return shipping and send the correct item at no extra charge.
- Replacement ships within 1–3 business days after we receive the return.
- Verify your truck make, model, year, and engine before ordering to avoid fitment issues.
- Exchanges for defective items include a full replacement or refund at your choice.
